Two Selectboard positions will be on the ballot.

Selectboard (to fill the vacancy that expires in 2023)

Selectboard (to fill the vacancy that expires in 2024)

If you are interested in seeking election to the Selectboard, nomination papers are available from the Town Clerk's office. The required number of signatures to be an official candidate included on the ballot is 20; however, it’s always wise to have a few extras should there be difficulty verifying any signatures.

The important dates associated with this election are:

Last day to obtain nomination papers is September 2.

Last day to submit nomination papers to registrar of voters for certification is September 6

Last day to register to vote in this election is October 14.  

You may register to vote online at https://www.sec.state.ma.us/ovr/ or in person at the Clerk’s office.

If you submitted and early/absentee ballot application for the State Primary and checked the box to receive a ballot for all elections this year, you will be sent a ballot for this special election.  There is no need to submit another application.
