FY22 Real Estate and Personal Property 4th Quarter Taxes due May 2
The 3rd and 4th quarter Fiscal Year 2022 Real Estate and Personal Property Tax bills were mailed in December. The FY22 4th Quarter Real Estate and Personal Property taxes are now due and payable. The due date for the 4th quarter bills is May 2, 2022. Payments received after that date will be charged interest and fees.
- Credit, debit, and bank account payments may be paid online at www.unitaxonline.com. You can search for your tax bill information at this site, whether or not you plan to pay online.
- Non-cash payments may be deposited in the Tax Payment drop box in front of the town hall at 15 S. Main St. or mailed to Tax Collector, 24 S. Main St., New Salem, MA 01355. Money Orders may be used instead of cash.
- Cash payments (exact change, please) may be made during the Tax Collector's office hours at 24 S. Main Street on Thursdays 10am-Noon.
